Commercial Property Sales
Commercial property sales have been minimal during this reporting period. There were no commercial property sales within the last 30 days. Twenty-two commercial properties are currently on the market, a net increase of two properties listed since last reported. There are currently two properties Under Contract and two properties Under Contract w/No Kick Out. We are presently in a Buyer’s Market.
Commercial Land Sales
Commercial land sales have been minimal during this reporting period. No properties have sold during the last 30 days. There are currently 33 properties on the market, a net decrease of three property listings than reported last month. Two properties are currently Under Contract w/No Kick Out and one property is Under Contract w/Kick Out. We are presently in a Buyer’s Market.
Note: Sales data is compiled from the Metropolitian Regional Information System (MRIS) and does not include properties which may have sold that were not listed in their database.
